NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a City Council Meeting Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 12:00 p.m. Noon 1) Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Land Lease ~Richard Dyreng 4) Possible approval of Road Closure 200 North-Main to 100 West-South of City Park from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m., May 4 for Chalk Painting in the Street at Cinco de Mayo Celebration 5) Possible Approval to Release a Portion not to exceed $10,000 of Perpetual Care Funds for Capital Improvements at Gunnison City Cemetery 6) Discuss Miss Gunnison Pageant 7) Proposed Approval of Tentative Budget 2013-2014, Resolution 2013-1 8) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 9) Proposed Approval Work Meeting Minutes and City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, April 17, 2013 Open Session 10) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
