- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING June 9, 2009 Work Session Scheduled for 6:30 pm a. Discuss revision of bowery rental contract Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold a thier council meeting on June 9, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Tait CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a.Approval of agenda b.Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held May 26, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1.Public Hearing for discussion and/or approval on Resolution #09-07, A resolution adopting the amended FY 2008-09 budget for Harrisville City, Utah, Fiscal year ending: June 30, 2009 – Bill Morris. 2.Public Hearing for discussion and/or approval on Resolution #09-08, A Resolution adopting the final FY 2009-10 budget for Harrisville City, Utah, Fiscal year ending: June 30, 2010 – Bill Morris. 3.Discussion and/or approval of Resolution #09-06, A resolution of Harrisville City, Utah, establishing a policy for an open ceremony at City Council meetings – Bill Morris. 4.Discussion and/or approval for final on amended Wayne Taylor Subdivision – Wayne Taylor. 5.Discussion and/or approval on polling place and election poll workers for the 2009 Municipal Elections – Wendy Austin. 6.Discussion and/or approval of Ordinance #409, an ordinance amending the subdivision ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah; severability; and providing an effective date – Bill Morris. 7.Discussion and/or approval on appointment for the appeal authority and alternate appeal authority – Mayor Hendrix. 8.Public comments. 9.Mayor/Council follow-up. Adjournment
