Public Comments 2. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated April 11, 2013 and April 18, 2013 3. Report from Planning Commission 4. Presentation – Weber County Library Bond Election 5. Motion – Approval of Tentative Budget for the 2013-2014 Fiscal Year 6. Motion – Set a Public Hearing for Approval of the 2013-2014 Budget 7. Motion – Set a Public Hearing to Adjust the 2012-2013 Budget 8. Motion – Set any additional Budget Work Sessions if Necessary 9. Motion – Approval of the Mixed Use Zone Ordinance 10. Motion – Approval of Bid for City Hall Slurry Parking Lot Project 11. Motion – Approve the Expenditure of the Impact Fees expiring this year on the new Impact Fee Study as quoted by Jones & Associates 12. Planning Commission Assignments 13.
