- PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Council passed ORDINANCE, O-13-02, amending Title 9, Chapter 9 of the Zoning Code specifically the Manufacturing Zone, M1, of the Garland City Code. The ordinance was passed and adopted on the 24th day of April 2013.
