- The Salt Lake County Board of Health has proposed amendments to Health Regulation #32, Chemically Contaminated Properties Regulation. The public comment period will end on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review on the Salt Lake County Health Department website at http://www.slcohealth.org/envRegs/proposedRegs.html or during normal business hours at the following locations: Salt Lake County Health Department Environmental Health Division 788 East Woodoak Lane Murray, Utah 84107 Salt Lake County Health Department Administrative Services Division 2001 South State Street, Suite S2500 Salt Lake City, Utah 84190 Written comments are preferred and will be accepted if received by 5:00 PM on May 22, 2013. Your written comments should be submitted to: Dr. Royal DeLegge, Environmental Health Division, 788 East Woodoak Lane, Murray, Utah 84107 or by e-mail to SLCoHealthSan@slco.org. The public hearing on the proposed amendments will be held on May 22, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Environmental Health auditorium, Environmental Health Division, 788 East Woodoak Lane, Murray, Utah. We reserve the right to close the hearing at 5:30 PM if all present have had the opportunity to offer public comment. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing auxiliary communicative assistance should contact Environmental Health Administration at 385-468-3860 five (5) working days before the hearing.
