- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Corey Christensen for a conditional sue for a Level 2 "home Occupation" to operate a carpet cleaning business out if his home at 120 West 100 South.
