MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2013 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on amended site plan for Old Frontier Store located at 1192 W. 12th Street by: Richard Szeles. 4. Discussion/action on Townhouse Estates Phase 3, amending Lots 31R, 32R, and 33R and plan extension at 1119 South 1200 West by: Gerald Hoth. 5. Discussion/action on amended site plan for Heritage Park at 1359 West 700 South; and amended site plan for Quail Meadows Reservoir at 1273 West 950 South by: Staff. 6. Public hearing and discussion/action on Ordinance 2013-01 relating to a zoning map amendment for Parcel 150650046 from A-1 to C-2P by Big Bubba’s Trailers at approximately 1701 West 1200 South. 7. Public hearing and discussion/action on Ordinance 2013-02 amending the manufacturing zoning to allow for limited auto recycling in the Central Business District by: Chris Mantas. 8. Public hearing and discussion/action on proposed Development Agreement by IHC. 9. Adjourn. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about April 11, 2013.
