Motion – Approval of Business License – Atlas Holdings Group, LLC, Farr West Discount Store 5. Motion – Approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Got Storage located at 1406 North 2000 West – Mark Koehler 6. Discussion/Action – Request to Vacate Utility Easements on property located at 2546 West 2725 North – Gary W. Peterson 7. Motion – Preliminary Approval of Edgewood Estates located at approximately 2225 North 2700 West – Valeo Mangement 8. Discussion/Action – 2013 Municipal General Election Cost Estimate and Interlocal Agreement with Weber County 9. Discussion/Action – Fee Waiver Resolution, Deployed Military Personnel & Families 10. Discussion – Planning Commission 11. Motion – Change the Date of the previously scheduled Budget Work Session to May 2, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. 12. Report from Council on Assignments 13.
