Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Public Hearing: a. Proposed amendment to Chapter 1, and a new Section 107, Gunnison City Zoning Ordinance. b. Various amendments to Chapter 19, Sign Standards, Gunnison City Zoning Ordinance. c. A proposed lot split request at approximately 340 East 300 South for Kasey Peterson. 3. Discussion on new roads. 4. Review and discuss 5. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas. Dated and Posted: April 8, 2013 ____________________ Stella S.
