Robert C. Miller is requesting conditional use approval for a concrete recycling operation, including the use of a rock crusher, in an M-2 zone. This request was originally approved in 1998 for 5 years as an interim use, and was later renewed (in 2003) for another 5 years. The applicant is now asking for approval to continue operation.
