- GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on: 1. A proposed lot split request at approximately 340 East 300 South - Kasey Petersen 2. Proposed amendments to the sign provisions in Chapter 19 of the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance as well as Chapter 1 of the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance In compliance with ADA, citizens in need of assistance may contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to meeting.
