- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville at 6:05 p.m. The commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Marci Larsen for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" for Marci's Sewing Shop to be operated from her home at 66 East 600 North.
