Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2013. Work session starts at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. CALL TO ORDER Pledge of Allegiance & Reverence 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 3. BUSINESS LICENSE Raspberry Enterprises, Inc. proprietor Dan G Berry Jr. at 5025 S. 6700 W. for engineering services. Northwest Welding & Mechanical Inc. proprietor Terry Wilson at 5175 W. 4000 S. This is a commercial business located at the Rawson Warehouse. Mike Barnett Construction, Inc. proprietor Mike Barnett at 5460 W. 4050 S. He is a contractor. Cycles and Such proprietor Daniel Shaun Higgs at 6475 W. 5100 S. He manufactures metal parts for tire changing stand. 4. NEW BUSINESS Consideration of dismissal of Bond Requirement for Phase 5 for Lakeview Farms Subdivision Discussion to consider vacating the City right-of-way between 5500 South and 5600 South on the east side of 6100 West Declare the following as surplus: Old Massey Fergusen Tractor (needs major repair) Old metal frame and wood plank bleachers Old riding lawn mower (doesn’t run-cemetery) 5.
