The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of previous meeting 6. Approval of disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Child & Family Support Center representatives to visit with council and request they adopt a Resolution declaring April as National Child Prevention Month 9. Cassie Hendry requesting a business license for a preschool 10. County Building inspector Don Davis to present the annual building inspection report for 2012 11. At 6:30 conduct a public hearing to receive public input, then consider for adoption a code amendment, based on a request from Kody Maughan that the zoning map be amended to rezone property at 340 East 200 South (tax ID # 10-016-0019) and property at 396 East 200 South (tax ID# 10-016-0020) from RA-1 to R-1-12 12. Discuss Jay Nielson's role as City Planner 13. Conduct a workshop and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission that the code be amended on a request from SHHP L.L.C. (Richard Knapp) that Title 10, Chapter 7, Recreational Planned Development (RPD) zone of the City Code to establish a definition for "Recovery Resort Treatment Facility" (RRTF) and allow said facilities as a conditional use 14. Conduct a workshop and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for adoption of a code amendment at future meeting, on a request that the City Code be amended to add a high density zone to Title 10, Chapter 6, Article F. RM-M Multiple-Family Residential zone 15, Discuss existing elementary school 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report
