Members of URSTA… Set up the following with the regional representative ? Driver Training & Topic ? Driver Roadeo for May or June? IV. Transit Now Update….(Amy) a. Title VI—if your agency receives FTA funds or you plan on receiving FTA funds soon, a Title VI plan must be submitted to UDOT. b. URSTA Spring Conference ? Registration via online: http://www.ursta.org and register via scholarship through the online links. Room Block conference rate of $75.00 per night. Call the Greenwell Inn at 435-637-3520 and let them know you are with the URSTA Conference for the special conference rate. Please make your reservations by April 25, 2013. V. Planning for an Open House for human transportation providers (July 10th?) a. What would you like to see or hear about? Submit additional ideas to Amy by April 30th. VI. Mobility Management Strategies 2013 Handout VII. Other business or announcements… a. MM/RTCC Input Form (sent via e-mail) will be discussed after the RTCC motions to adjourn. All RTCC members are welcome to stay & place input; however, the potential ride-program is for the Carbon and Emery County areas only due to funding issues. VIII. Next Meeting (more frequent meetings may be scheduled to address transit issues) i. Place the 2013 RTCC Meeting Schedule in your calendar; starting at 9:30AM on a Wednesday.
