Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Philip Rasmussen for a conditional use for a Level 2 "Home Occupation" for a lawn care business to be operated from 106 South 450 East B. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Denise Riehle at 60 West 400 North for a conditional use for a 3 dog kennel at said address 7. Review for approval the final plat for the Sterling Ridge Subdivision consisting of a total of 36 lots on property on the West side of Center street from approximately 1400 South to 1600 South 8. Brad George-discuss potential development at Sherwood Hills 9. Stan Wade-discuss open space 10. Loyal Green- lot line adjustment at 825 East Main 11. Other zoning matters
