- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING May 26, 2009 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Hendrix CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held May 12, 2009. c. Approval on the 2009 Moderate Income Housing Report. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval for the 2009 Street Maintenance Project – Gene Bingham. 2. Discussion and/or approval of Ordinance #408, an ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, amending the development fees adopted August 25, 1998, to cover the costs related for development; adopting other municipal service fees; severability; and effective date. – Bill Morris. 3. Discussion and/or approval of Ordinance #409, an ordinance amending the subdivision ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah; severability; and providing an effective date – Bill Morris. 4. Discussion and/or approval of Resolution #09-05, a resolution establishing electronic meetings – Bill Morris. 5. Report from the planning commission meeting. 6. Public Comments. 7. Mayor/Council Follow-up Adjournment
