Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular Council meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said Hearing shall begin at 6:30 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for adoption a code amendment, based on a request from Kody Maughan that the zoning map be amended to rezone property at 340 East 200 South (tax ID # 10-016-0019) and property at 396 East 200 South (tax ID # 10-016-0020) from RA-1 to R-1-12.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary aids and services) during this meeting should notify Leesa or Laurie at the Wellsville City office at phone number 245-3686.
