NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. – USU Extension Overview – Anita Raddatz 2) Gunnison Valley Senior Citizens – Mike McMahon 3) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for April 22 and May 6, 2009 4) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2009-4 – Establishing the 2009 Municipal Voting Precincts and Polling Places for Gunnison, UT 5) Discussion of Current and Old OHV Ordinances – Council Member Greener 6) Urban Community Forestry Grant – Council Member Nay 7) Interlocal Agreement for Fire House Building Project – Council Member Nay 8) Sesquicentennial Street Banners – Council Member Nay 9) City Hall 10) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2009-5 – 2010 Tentative Budget 11) Personnel - Hiring of Part-Time Seasonal Maintenance Employee and Pool Lifeguards 12) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 13) Bills and Adjustments 14) Closed Session 15) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
