UINTAH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Uintah County Planning Commission will meet at 6:00pm, Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 152 East 100 North Vernal, State/County Building, on the second floor in the Commission Chambers. 6:00 PM Planning Commission Meeting Welcome Planning Commission Chairman Marilyn Wallis. Minutes: Approval of the May 6, 2009 Minutes. DISCLOSURES: SITE PLANS: 1. RNI Trucking Inc.: Requesting approval of a site plan for bulk fuel storage on property located at 5308 and 5050 South 4800 East, Vernal; serial numbers: 06:059:0131 and 06:059:0133. PUBLIC HEARING – CUP: 2. CVF Legacy, LLC./Ryan Fisher: Requesting a Conditional Use Permit to put a communication tower on property located at 1750 West 4500 South, Vernal; Serial Number: 06:040:0001. 3. Tom & Marsha Perry: Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a two (2) trailer man camp on property located at 15962 East 5500 South, Randlett; Serial Number: 08:011:0007. TABLED FROM MAY 6, 2009 4. David Barton: Requesting a Conditional Use Permit to store insulation supplies on property located at 6335 South 1750 East (Alahandra Ferry Rd.), Vernal, Serial Number: 06:063:0029.
