Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1. FINAL PLAT-AMEND AND EXTEND
Consider approval of an amended and extended final plat for “The Village at Little Valley Phase 1 Amended & Extended” a twenty-four (24) lot residential subdivision. The representative is Mr. Roger Bundy, R&B Surveyings. The property is zoned R-1-12 Single Family Residential 12,000 square foot minimum lot size) & RE-20 (Residential Estates – 20,000 square foot minimum lot size) and is located at approximately 3300 South and 2400 East (southeasterly from the Little Valley Elementary School on Horsemans Park Drive). 2. EASEMENT VACATION
Consider a request to vacate an easement vacation for “Lot 88 of the Red Butte Amended.” Located at the northwest corner of the intersection at Rustic Drive and 2160 East Street. A. Consider a preliminary plat request for “Deserts Edge” subdivision to create seventy-nine (79) single family residential lots on 22.65 acres. The applicant is Development Solutions LLC / Desert Canyons Development, the representative is Mr. Curt Gordon. The property is zoned PD-R (Planned Development Residential) and is located east of Little Valley Road, west of Banded Hills Drive, and south of Sycamore Phases 1 and 2 at approximately 2690 East and 3770 South.
