MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2009 – 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public hearing on preliminary subdivision and site plan approval at 2000 West 400 North of Mill Creek Plaza for three retail pads, lube shop, car wash, and fast food: Bob Anderson. 4. Discussion/action on public hearing. 5. Discussion/action on various agricultural lot divisions by Dick Alkema in the vicinity of 2800 West. 6. Discussion/action on agriculture lot division by Melvin and Joan Meyerhoffer at 400 North 1200 West. 7. Discussion/action on subdivision and site plan for Venture Academy school administration building at approximately 400 North 1500 West. 8. Discussion/action on setting a public hearing to consider a proposed zoning ordinance amendment to allow for motor vehicle storage as a conditional use in some circumstances in the A-1 zone. 9. Report on conditional use permit complaint on 1700 South and ongoing projects. 10. Adjourn until June 16, 2009. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE Note: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for this meeting should contact the Marriott-Slaterville City Office at 627-1919 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. This agenda is flexible and items may be moved to accommodate the Planning Commission, so consider attending entire meeting.The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, and mailed to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. Said notice and agenda was also posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to members of the commission, and posted in three (3) public places in Marriott-Slaterville on or about May 14, 2009.
