Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 7, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. to consider a zoning change request. Cheetah Properties LLC has requested a zoning change from Residential 3, R-3 to Commercial, C-1, for a 4.88 acre tract of land located at 231 North Main Street, known as the old Garland Elementary School. The public is invited to comment on the proposed zoning change. A copy of the map is available for review at the Garland City Office.
