- PUBLIC HEARING The Garland City Council hereby gives notice of a PUBLIC HEARING scheduled for Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 8:00 pm at the Garland City Civic Center, 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah. The City Council will consider amending the FY 2012-2013 Budget to account for unanticipated revenues and expenditures. The public is invited to comment on the proposed amendment.
