Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Garland City will be accepting applications for individuals wanting to be considered to fill a City Council interim vacancy. The appointment will begin March 2013 and will be for the remainder of the calendar year. Qualifications for consideration are that applicant must be a United States Citizen, be a registered voter of the municipality, and be a resident of the municipality for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the appointment. Applications must be filed in person at the office of the City Recorder during regular office hours (M-F, 9 a.m-5 p.m.) and not later than 5 p.m. on February 26, 2013. Applications will then be considered by the City Council during the regular meeting to be held on February 27, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Garland City Hall, 72 North Main Street, Garland Utah. _________________________________ Sharlet Anderson, Recorder
