- PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Council passed ORDINANCE, O-13-01, amending Title 9, Chapter 8 of the Zoning Code specifically the Commercial Zone, C1, of the Garland City Code. The ordinance was passed and adopted on the 23rd day of January 2013.
