PUBLIC NOTICE ENTERPRISE CITY COUNCIL, PLANNING COMMISSION AND BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 2013 MEETING SCHEDULE Prusuant to section 54-4-6, Utah Code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise, Utah hereby gives notice that the Enterprise City Council holds its regular council meeting on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. January 9 7:00 pm January 23 3:00 pm February 13 7:00 pm February 27 3:00 pm March 13 7:00 pm March 27 3:00 pm April 10 7:00 pm April 24 3:00 pm May 8 7:00 pm May 22 3:00 pm June 12 7:00 pm June 26 3:00 pm July 10 7:00 pm August 14 7:00 pm August 28 3:00 pm September 11 7:00 pm September 25 3:00 pm October 9 7:00 pm October 23 3:00 pm November 13 7:00 pm November 27 3:00 pm** December 11 7:00 pm ** If there are enough Council Members Available to conduct business. Also, pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise hereby gives notice that the Enterprise Planning Commission holds its regular planning meetings on the Tuesday prior to the first City Council meeting of each month starting at 7:00 pm in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. January 8 February 12 March 12 April 9 May 7 June 11 July 9 August 13 September 10 October 8 November 12 December 10 Also, pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise hereby gives notice that the Enterprise Board of Adjustment convenes on an as-needed basis in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. Citizens may request the opportunity to give opening remarks at a public meeting by contacting the City Office. Items for the City Council agendas must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm (Noon) the Friday prior to the meeting, or longer if required by law for noticing or other requirements, and may be moved to a later agenda at the discretion of the City. Items for the Planning Commission agendas must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the desired Planning Commision meeting, and may be moved to a later agenda at the discretion of the City. Items for the Board of Adjustment agendas must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the desired Board of Adjustment meeting, and may be moved to a later time at the discretion of the City.
