HURRICANE CITY COUNCIL MEETING Agenda January 17, 2013 5:00 P.M. 147 N 870 W Notice is hereby given that the Hurricane City Council will hold a Regular Meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 147 N 870 W, Hurricane, UT. AGENDA 5:00 p.m. Pre-meeting - Discussion of Agenda Items, Department Reports 6:00 p.m. – Call to order Presentation of 10 Year service award to Clay Campbell Presentation of 5 Year service award to Ken Thompson Approval of City Council meeting minutes NEW BUSINESS 1. Report on and discussion of duties as representative on Southern Utah Shooting Sports Park Board - William Martin 2. Consideration and possible approval of an agreement regarding secondary irrigation with Jade Glazier – Ken Richins 3. Discussion of the Community Garden and possible motion of support – Dee and Lisa Atkin 4.
