Also appointments to the planning commission, board of adjustments and historical commission 14. Selection of Mayor Pro- tem for calendar year 2013 15. Review for possible approval an agreement with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for use of some of their property 16. Workshop on Open Space code 17. Discussion of 2013/2014 budgets 18. Department reports 19. City Manager/Recorders report
