Description/Agenda
The agenda is as follows:1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 conduct the following 3 public hearings: a. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Aaron Klophenstein at 655 South Center for a conditional use for a Level 2 "Home Occupation" for hobby gunsmithing at said address b. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Jones Brothers Property Maintance LLC at 811 East 675 North for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" to operat a property maintenance company from said address. c. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints for a conditional use for a religious facility (church) to be located in the Sterling Ridge Subdivision which is located on the West side of Center Street from approximately 1400 South to 1600 South. 7. Other zoning matters.
