- Notice is hereby given that Nibley City, Utah, intends to adopt an Impact Fee Analysis and enact an Impact Fee Ordinance for the provision of culinary water, sewer, and parks and recreation facilities operated by the City. Nibley City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 455 W 3200 S, Nibley, Utah, at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible) on January 17, 2013. The purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the Impact Fee Analysis and Ordinance. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome. A copy of the Impact Fee Analysis and Ordinance is available for public review on the City website and at city hall. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling (435)752-0431 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
