- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING May 12, 2009 Work Session Scheduled for 6:30 pm a. HOA at the Cottages Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Hendrix CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held April 28, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or adoption of the 2009-10 tentative budget – Lynn Fortie. 2. Set public hearing for discussion, amendment, and adoption on the 2008-09 amended budget for June 9, 2009 in accordance with UCA § 10-6-113 and UCA § 10-6-127. 3. Set public hearing for discussion, amendment, and adoption on the 2009-10 final budget for June 9, 2009, in accordance with UCA § 10-6-113. 4. Discussion and/or approval of the Ogden/Weber Chamber membership – Mayor Hendrix. 5. Discussion and/or approval on resolution #09-04, a resolution of Harrisville City amending residential recycling fees – Bill Morris. 6. Report on the Moderate Income Housing – Bill Morris. 7. Council prayer or moment of silence – Wayne Crowther. 8. K-9 demo – Dennis Moore. 9. Public Comments. 10.Mayor/Council Follow-up. 11.Closed executive session to discuss city securities. Adjournment
