PLNSUB2012-00563 Thatcher Company Subdivision - A request by Thatcher Company for a minor subdivision to reconfigure lots found at approximately 1905 W. Fortune Road. The subject properties are found in the M-1 (Light Manufacturing) Zoning District located in Council District 2, represented by Kyle LaMalfa. PLNPCM2012-00786 SAL Chicago Cell Tower - A request by Technology Associates on behalf of Verizon Wireless to install a new 100 foot tall cell phone tower with a full antenna array and a storage shed at 1858 South 700 West. The subject property is in the M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zoning district and is located in Council District 2, represented by Kyle LaMalfa. PLNSUB2012-00835 Sugar House Streetcar Subdivision - A request by Ben Davis of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City for a subdivision amendment to adjust lot lines for properties along the Sugar House Streetcar Corridor in order to accommodate construction of items related to the streetcar line. The subject properties are located generally along the north side of Sugarmont Drive between 900 East and McClelland Street in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial), R-1/5,000 (Single Family Residential), and CSHBD2 (Sugar House Business District) zoning districts. PLNSUB2012-00804 Bluekoi Minor Subdivision – A request by Jeff Randall with Great Basin Engineering for a minor subdivision to consolidate two parcels and then subdivide them into four lots in order to construct a new multi-family building on each one. The properties are currently addressed as 1706 and 1720 South 900 East. They are located in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district and are within Council District 7, represented by Soren Simonsen.
