Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on January 8, 2013, to receive public comment on a request by Valerie Wallace, representing UTA for a Plat Amendment, known as the Draper TOD Plat Amendment, on approximately 6.62 acres of land at approximately 12997 South Front Runner Blvd. for the purpose of amending lots three, four and five of the recorded Draper TOD subdivision. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on January 8, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dan Boles at the Draper City offices, 576-6335.
