NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. - Proposed Dismissal of Business License for Elkridge Financial/JRM Located at 97 South Main for non payment. 2) 7:15 p.m. - Proposed Approval of Home Occupation Business License for Mike Parsons at 231 East 200 South to do Dental Work. 3) 7:30 p.m. – Questions Concerning City OHV Ordinance – Rhett Jackson 4) City Hall 5) Emergency Management – Council Member Jerolyn Young 6) 2010 Tentative Budget 7) Personnel and/or Imminent Litigation 8) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 9) Bills and Adjustments 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
