3. A presentation by Joseph Tippetts, representative for TransWest Express LLC on an alternative
route for a ±600-kV DC transmission line, that is approximately 725 miles in length, and runs
through portions of Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada. The portion of the transmission line
that is proposed to run through Wasatch County runs diagonally from the Currant Creek area south through the Soldier Creek side of the Strawberry Valley east of the reservoir.
4. Ratification of Abatement of Property Taxes for the Aspen Point Subdivision.
5. The Wasatch County Council will possibly approve the 2013 county budget, and also approve
amendments to the 2012 budget. The budget will include wage adjustment for all elected officers; Attorney, Clerk/Auditor, Treasurer, Recorder, Surveyor, Assessor, Sheriff, Justice Court Judge
and the non-elected County Manager. (Res. 12-17)
6. Special Service Districts will possibly approve the 2013 budget along with amendments to the
2012 budget: Wasatch County Fire SSD
7. Discussion and Possible Adjustment of Value for the Taxes on the Stillwater Master Association
Open Space. The Open Space Includes 4 Parcels with a Total of 27.91 Acres.

Public Hearing:
1. A proposed amendment to the Wasatch County code Section 16.04 regarding the
Definitions for open space and common area.
2 Paul Berg, Representative for Strawberry Highlands, is requesting master plan, density
determination and physical constraints analysis approval on a proposed 7, 010 acre
development in the Strawberry Valley. The property is located in Sections 17, 20, 21,
25-29 and 32-36 of Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the Strawberry Planning Area
on the southeast side of Strawberry Reservoir in the Soldier Creek area and in the SRZ
( Strawberry Recreation Zone).
