The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Review for approval the preliminary plat for the Ryan Cooper Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on property at 1095 South 200 East 9. Review for approval the preliminary plat for the LaRee Brown Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on property at 290 East 300 South 10. At 6:30 conduct a public hearing to receive public input, then consider for possible approval the transfering of approximately $75,225.00 from Open Space Funds within the Capital Facilities Fund and approximately $194,775.00 from the Capital Projects Funds within the Capital Facilities Fund for the purchase of approximately 24.72 acres (including water rights) for open space 11. Clair Gunnell to discuss drainage in the front of his home 12. Review for approval a contract for future audits 13. Review for possible approval a proposal for upgrading the sewer U.V. lights 14. Review for possible approval a contract/agreement with AT&T for installation of fiber lines and copper lines on City property in Wellsville Canyon 15. Review for approval a list of items to be declared surplus property and advertised for sealed bids 16. Review for possible approval an agreement with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for use of some of their property 17. Discuss possible cancellation of next Council meeting scheduled for January 2, 2013 18. Department reports 19. City Manager/Recorders report
