PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, REPORTS, APPROVE MINUTES, APPROVE WARRANTS, DEPARTMENT REPORTS, (Parks/Rec/Emergency mgt, IT, Ambulance), ETC. 9:30 A.M. Convene as The governing board of the Iron County Community Development and Renewal Agency. DISCUSSION ON THE FOLLOWING: 1. CML METALS Tax Sharing Agreement 2. CML METALS and Economic Development Ten Year TIF Incentive 3. Approval of Resolution Number 2012-1 a Resolution of the Governing Board of Iron County Community Development and Renewal Agency Authorizing the Preparation of a Draft Project Area Plan and Related Matters. Request Approval To Hire Clinton Kelly As a Full-time Bailiff, He Is Currently Working for Iron County as a Part-Time Bailiff and is on the Current Iron County Merit Commission Roster.
