PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a business meeting on Thursday, December 13, 2012 in the Grantsville City Hall Council Chambers at 429 E. Main Street in Grantsville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 P.M. and shall be as follows: CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PUBLIC HEARINGS: a. Proposed concept plan for Subdivisions Inc. and Adam Nash on Ranch Road Phase 3 to develop 42 lots at 150 South 720 East in the R-1-8 zone. b. Proposed rezoning of 5.803 acres for MJC Holdings LLC known as Lot #4 of the South Willow Subdivision Amendment #1 to go from an RR-5 zone to an RR-1 zone for the purpose of subdividing the lot into four (4) lots. c. Proposed minor subdivision for Jaime & Evan Topham and Pegasus Event Center to divide 85.037 acres of land at approximately 291 N Race Street into four (4) lots. This property is located in a CD (commercial development) zone. d. Proposed amendment to Chapter 14 Use Table to allow animal use in the RR-5 zone as a permitted use versus a conditional use. e. Proposal from DBC Enterprises, LL to amend and extend Anderson Ranch Phase 4A to divide two (2) three-acre lots into five (5) lots and add an additional lot located to the west of the current Phase 4A. f. Proposed conditional use permit for Debbie M. Reid at 434 Gold Dust Road to operate a home occupation consisting of a child daycare business for up to sixteen (16) children with two (2) providers. FOLLOWING CLOSE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS, MEETING OFFICIALLY CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN DREW ALLEN. 1. Consideration of a concept plan for Subdivisions Inc & Adam Nash on Ranch Road Phase 3 at 150 South 720 East, to develop 42 lots. 2. Request for discussion from Sam Drown regarding the Wells Crossing property. 3. Consideration of a minor subdivision for Jaime & Evan Topham and Pegasus Event Center to divide 85.037 acres at 291 N Race Street into four (4) lots. 4. Consideration of rezoning 5.803 acres for MJC Holdings LLC known as Lot #4 of the South Willow Subdivision Amendment #1 to go from an RR-5 zone to an RR-1 zone. 5. Request for discussion from Todd Castagno on possible final plat amendment. 6. Consideration of proposal from DBC Enterprises, LL to amend and extend Anderson Ranch Phase 4A. 7. Consideration of a C.U.P. for Debbie M. Reid at 434 Gold Dust Road for a child daycare business for up to sixteen (16) children with two (2) providers. 8. Consideration of an amendment to Chapter 14 Use Table to allow animal use in the RR-5 zone as a permitted use versus a conditional use. 9. Approval of minutes of the October meeting. 10.
