Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting& Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 28, 2012at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for a home business license: Scott Pickett is requesting a home business license at 235 west 100 south. STS Firewood is the business name. 3. Comments on Public Hearing:Final comments on public hearing for proposed amendments to Section 1716 and Section 1717 related to Residential Facilities for Persons with a Disability and proposing new Sections related to Therapeutic Schools and Outdoor Youth Programs. 4. Review & Discuss suggested changes on existing signage allowed in R&C and Commercial Zones. 5. Discuss the resignation of Rod Taylor. 6. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas.
