MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2012 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on minor lot subdivision on 1500 West near 450 North for Smout Family Homestead. 4. Discussion/action on site plan for Baur Flats at 1178 West 1700 South. 5. Closed executive session to discuss imminent and ongoing litigation. 6. Discussion/action on proposed settlement agreement for Hansen Wrecking at approximately 980 West 1700 South. 7. Discuss ongoing projects and planning. 8. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE Note: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for this meeting should contact the Marriott-Slaterville City Office at 801-627-1919 at least 3 business days prior to the meeting. This agenda is flexible and items may be moved to accommodate the Planning Commission, so consider attending entire meeting.The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, and mailed to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. Said notice and agenda was also posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to members of the commission, and posted in three (3) public places in Marriott-Slaterville on or about November 15, 2012.
