The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Wayne Benson-business license 9. At 6:45 conduct the following public hearings in the order below: A. Receive public input and consider for approval the concept Plan for the Ryan Cooper Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on property at 1095 South 200 East. B. Receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning commission then consider for possible adoption of a code amendment in regards to a request from Steve Kyriopoulos that the Code be amended to allow commercial truck & fueling facilities, which includes convenience store, food service, fuel deliver, overnight parking, and other traveler services associated with a commercial truck stop, in the CH, Highway Commercial zone. 10. Robert Bolton-discuss proposed code amendment and truck stop 11. Discuss for possible approval the proposed Interlocal Agreement between Cache County and Wellsville City for Law Enforcement 12. Discuss City culinary water needs 13. Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report
