Motion – Approval of Business Licenses – Atlas Holdings Group, LLC and Smiley National Inc. 6. Motion – Approval of a Re-zone of the R. Ray Ward Construction Property located at 2375 North 2000 West, parcel number 19-039-0068, from the R-1-15 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone - Randy Chambers 7. Motion - Approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Rocky Mountain Truck Parts located at 3700 North 2000 West - Michael Munsee 8. Motion – Approval of Ordinance No. 2012-07, the Sensitive Lands Ordinance 9. Motion – FY 2011-2012 Audit Report – Wood Richards and Associates 10.
