Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. At 6:05 conduct the following public hearings in the order below: 1. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Wayne C. Benson Jr. for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" to work as a field service engineer out of his home at 1255 South 60 West. 2. Receive public input and consider for approval the Concept Plan for the Ryan Cooper subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on property at 1095 South 200 East. 3. Receive public input and consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Steve Kyriopoulos that the Code be amended to allow a Commercial Truck & Fueling Facility, which includes convenience stores, food service, fuel delivery, overnight parking, and other traveler services associated with a commercial truck stop, in the CH, Highway Commercial zone. 7. Ben Wilson & Dillon Strake to discuss the possiblity of a recording studio in the CN, neighborhood commercial zone 8. Robert Bolton to discuss the proposed code amendment above that relates to the proposed truck stop 9. Other zoning matters
