Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting And Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at the temporary location of Gunnison City Hall, 34 east 100 north, which meeting shall begin at 8:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for a Home Occupation Business License: Mike Parson is requesting a home business license at 231 East 200 South. He will be doing dental work. 3. Amendments to Minutes from January 28, 2009 meeting. 4. Review proposed new land use ordinance. 5. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas.
