NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE-Notice is hereby given of the meeting schedules for Wellsville City for the calendar year 2012. CITY COUNCIL-The governing body (City Council) shall conduct two (2) regular meetings each month, which shall be held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at the Wellsville City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville, Utah. Said meetings shall begin at 6:00 p.m. PLANNING COMMISSION-The Planning Commisssion shall conduct two (2) meetings each month, which shall be held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Wellsville City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville, Utah. Said meetings shall be begin at 6:00 p.m. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS-The Board of Adjustments meets on an "as needed basis." Therefore if a meeting is needed, the agenda will be posted at the City Office and a copy faxed to the Herald Journal, with said meeting to be held at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville, Utah. CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION-For both the City Council and the Planning Commission, if a regular scheduled meeting falls on a holiday, then that body shall either cancel the meeting or reschedule it, with a notice and agenda being posted at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville, Utah and the notice being faxed to the Herald Journal.
