- 1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Steve Weiss 2. CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of Minutes of meeting held July 11, 2012 3. PUBLIC HEARING / REVIEW/ RECOMMEND approval of Ordinance # 458, Recreation Vehicles. 4. PUBLIC HEARING / REVIEW /RECOMMEND approval of Ordinance #457, amendment to nuisance vegetation, Section 10.20.090 of the Harrisville Municipal Code. 5. PUBLIC HEARING / REVIEW / RECOMMEND repealing and re-enacting Chapter 11.01 of the Land Use Ordinance regarding general provisions, adding and amending definitions, making technical changes. 6. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PROPERTY DIVISION (small subdivision) of a portion Sean Hart property (110200039) to be sold to neighboring property owner, Ed Saunders. 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS. This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding your concerns or ideas on land use issues. Comments are limited to three minutes. The Planning Commission cannot take action on any item brought to the Planning Commissions’ attention except to instruct staff to place this item on a future agenda. 8. CITY COUNCIL REPORT. 9. ADJOURN.
