- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING April 28, 2009 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Crowther CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held March 24, 2009 and April 14, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or action on Resolution #09-02, a resolution amending and adopting the Harrisville City personnel policies and procedures manual. – Mayor Hendrix. 2. Discussion and/or action on Resolution #09-03, a resolution approving and adopting the wholesale wastewater treatment contract. – Bill Morris 3. Follow-up on 2009 Heritage Days – Grover Wilhelmsen. 4. Discussion and/or action on RFP for police tow truck service – Bill Morris. 5. Discussion and/or approval on 2009 Justice Assistant Grant – Bill Morris. 6. Discussion and/or action on Ordinance #407, an ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, amending the chapter 11.02 relating to administration, chapter 11.06 relating to zoning procedure and chapter 11.22 relating to site plan and design review, severability, and effective date – Bill Morris. 7. Budget discussion for Public Safety – Max Jackson. 8. Planning Commission report. 9. Public Comments. 10. Mayor/Council Follow-up. Adjournment
