Description/Agenda: ORDINANCE 2009-1 AN ORDINANCE GIVING PUBLIC NOTICE OF ANNUAL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. WHEREAS, pursuant to section 52-4-6, Utah Code Annotated 1953, the City of Gunnison hereby gives notice that the city council will hold its regular council meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month except as noted below at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, Gunnison, Utah. Meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GUNNISON CITY COUNCIL THAT: Meetings for 2009 shall be as follows: January 7 & 21 May 6 & 20 September 2 & 16 February 4 & 18 June 3 & 17 October 7 & 21 March 4 & 18 July 15 November 4 & 18 April 1 & 22 August 5 & 19 December 2 This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption and passage by the City Council.
