Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting& Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 24, 2012at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for final approval of building: David Peterson from Excel Engineering is requesting final approval for a building at ACT. 3. Public Hearing: To receive comment on proposed amendments to Section 1716 and Section 1717 related to Residential Facilities for Persons with a Disability and proposing new Sections related to Therapeutic Schools and Outdoor Youth Programs. 4. Review & Discuss existing signage allowed in R&C and Commercial Zones. 5. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas.
